Automakers faced pressure, as car tariffs were cut from 110% to 10% for 250,000 units annually under the trade agreement. Porsche Automobil Holding, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen and BMW saw declines between 0.6% and 2.6%. SAP fell 2.5% following negative analyst commentary ahead of the software giant’s annual results on Thursday. On the flip side, Puma shares surged over 9% after China’s Anta Sports announced a €1.505 billion deal to acquire a 29.06% stake, becoming its largest shareholder. Fresenius SE & Co and Rheinmetall also posted solid gains, each rising around 3%.
