Canada’s new home prices fell 0.2% month over month in September 2026, slightly less than forecasts of a 0.1% decline. The drop was the steepest since May. House-only prices decreased 0.16%, following a 0.1% decline in August. Land prices fell 0.9%, after remaining unchanged in the previous month.
